In this chapter, Izuku's dreams goes on feather. He see more users of 'One for All', how the first 'One for All' user tried to stop his older brother 'All for One'. We also see how 'All for One' manipulated everyone around and turn them against the world, hinting that was how hero and villains was born. 'All for One' gives his nrother the power of 'One for All' just like how it was explained earlier on.
The first 'Onefor All' user tells Izuku that it the dream that he is seeing it just 20% of the story, as he looks as if he can't take anymore of it. Izuku's monologue to himself stating that it was totally different from what 'All Might' has told him. But in way 'All Might' did not lie at all, in fact is how one person would see it. Izuku wakes up as if he was in pain, Aoyama were very shock to see Izuku in that state and was at the lost of words.
