Class 1-A and Class 1-B showdown was about to start and Shinso was there to take part as he has been transferred to the Hero Department to which what Class he will be joining was not mention in this chapter but most likely to be told at the end of this new arc that just started last chapter...
They were told that there will be five matches with four members taking on four members of the other class, and that one of the five will have Shinso as an extra, lastly Shinso will be fighting twice instate of one time as a member of Class 1-A and Class 1-B...

3rd Iida, Shoji, Todoroki and Ojiro vs Tetsutetsu, Kaibara, Juzo and Pony...
4th Bagoku, Jiro, Sero and Sato vs Kojiro, Yosetsu, Tokage and Kamakiri...
Lastly 'Deku', Uraraka, Mina and Mineta vs Reiko, Shoda, Yui, Monama and Shinso...
Class 1-B's homeroom teacher looks like he too wants to kick Class 1-A'a asses just like his students...
