The NO.2 became NO.1 and he was very pissed as he wanted to get the title by using his own power, and not because of 'All Might' got injury and was unable to keep up his hero form...
In order to keep the students save from the villains U.A. High School has a way to make sure that all students are safe, and 'Nezu' have all his teachers go for house interview to let the parents know that they will do everything in their power to make sure that their child will be safe at U.A. High, so they hope that they could entrust their child to them just this one time...
Most parents were OK with them, and agrees to them when they knows the countermeasure that has been put in place, that was a dorm...
'Deku''s mum was the one only that did not agree, but given in to 'Deku' in the end...
