Toma gotten worried as he saw the sister gets killed by NO.1, so he goes to look for her all over Academe City, but to no veins he goes to her dome and look for her and he learns more about what was going, he also met her roommate Shirai Kuroko...
Shirai Kuroko must like Touma was worried about Misaka safety, but says that she should be fine as she is strong and she will be fine the moment she gets back she will be her usual self like always...
Touma lefts and with the clue that he has gotten back in her room, he managers to locate her and tells her that he here to help if she needs it...
Misaka tells him to buzz off, but give in and allow Touma to fight NO.1 in her place...
NO.1 uses his power to fight against Toma, Touma used his right hand and navigated NO.1 power and he defeated NO.1...
