From the original series to its sequel series to the movies there the change from the original eight to the newly added for characters along side with the returning of the original eight characters as they need new device to enter the digital world where as that was not the case in the original series as, this four new characters one of them was once their enemy and the other two characters joined them in this battle. In the movie, the four kids namely Daisuke, Iori, Miyako and lastly Ken were all missing as they very important in the sequel series along side with Takeru and Hikari who was present in the movie and they don't seems to care one bit about the others as in the 02 characters. As for the others they too are out of place too, as it is not like them at all from the original series which I hated it very much. There is also Sora who became indecisive of who she wants to date as shown in 02 she intends to try dating Yamato after breaking with Taichi which she started dating sometime ago. Taichi is also out of character. All in which was already in the review that I did last year but I did not had the time to create a thread of it back then, so now that I had done this thread do share your thoughts down below. With a new movie been announced I wonder if they can course correct it with the original team as the six parts movies were done by a different team of people.
