A story that spam a cross time, the present where the guy Taki is from and 3 years ago where Mitsuha was from. The two switched for body and they ended up in each other's body, Mistuha helps Taki to go after the girl that he has a crush on as the two will leave clues to what happened so that when they switch back they know what going. All their friends found that the two are acting wired whenever they switched body. Later, Taki learns about what happened to Mitsuha as he was trying to found her. In the end, the two did met each other but they did not have the time to tell each other their name by writing it on each hand as they were afraid that they don't remember each other name to which they did not remember each at all, as time pasts it was like the two was looking for each other that and when they finally found each other but they do not recall each other name as they ask which other their name.
