When Shoto freezes the villains in his zone, his dialogue is slightly different. In the manga, he questions if they have the mercy to spare kids, while in the anime he instead mocks them for losing to a kid.
The anime works in a quick shot of Mashirao in the Fire Zone, while Fumikage and Koji are shown in the Squall Zone. These lead to brief fight scenes in the following episode.
For some reason, Hanta isn't wearing his helmet in the anime.

Trapezius Head Gear is left unnamed in the anime.
All Might also helps more people in the anime, while in the manga he leaves immediately after Trapezius Head Gear is captured.
In the manga, Mt. Lady and Kamui Woods talk to All Might before he leaves, commenting that they will lose their job if he keeps taking over. This does not happen in the anime.
Also, a third hero is shown fighting Trapezius Head Gear in the anime, while in the manga it is just Mt. Lady and Kamui Woods.

In the part where Present Mic is discussing the point system a few things were changed:
In the manga the villains are a Koopa, a Goomba, a Piranha Plant and a Thwomp, all enemies from Super Mario Bros. series. The anime replaces them with robots.
Mario is replaced with Present Mic in a video game with a top-down view.
Season 1
Episode 1 - Izuku Midoriya: Origin
In the manga, the Luminescent Baby was being held by a doctor, while in anime the baby is in its crib.
The anime adds a scene where the giant villain breaks an energy pole and Death Arms catches it, preventing it from hurting the civilians. His hero alias is also revealed to be "Punching Hero". His hero name is revealed to be "Death Arms"
Backdraft also gets a short extra scene, where he creates a fence out of water to prevent people from getting close to danger. He's referred to as a "rescue specialist".
In the anime, before attacking Izuku, the slime-like villain is seen running past a market, where All Might, in his civilian form, spots him and turns into his hero form unnoticed, and then proclaims there's no need to worry as he's there.
In the anime, before asking All Might if even Quirkless people can become Heroes, Izuku remembers what several people have said to him regarding the matter, including his doctor, his mother, and Katsuki.
