As stated this will contain the changes that has been made or added in to extent the story line for that episode. There are a ton of episodes so there maybe a second part to this thread, I will update this part if there was split for this.
Update: There is missing information or little known information for the change that has made to the anime counterpart as the information from the site I had the information hadn't have it and missing information may not fill as it hasn't be update like forever through I still will put as to be updated. There is also a couple of remake that I will include at the end of the episode that I had stopped at. Also this list not only contains the normal episode changes it will also have trivia, the list will be following it date of airing.
Update 2: OVA 2 has two different date but I put the first releasing instead of the second date, also Movie Episode Chopper has two version but the 2014 version will be posted as a separate post through there was only one newly added scene. Due to the total or current numbers this post will be extremely long but I will stop here on 18/04. I will get back to post the changes on Saturday the earliest or Monday the latest, as I will be away.
Update 3: The 12th movie was shown in between the fillers that was running at that time and the Phone Smart Short too all of them running very close to each other, as I had stated before this list will try to follow the airing order as close as possible so this is the reason why the episode did not run in order it was this reason.
Update 4: Some of the Bulletin and Numbering maybe wrongly label but I tried my best to make sure that it is right.

After Bege tried to lie to Nekomamushi about who shot Pekoms, Nami informed Nekomamushi of the true culprit.
The scene in which Bege was fleeing with Sanji is extended with Nami running after them and calling Sanji's name before collapsing.
While Luffy is reading the note left behind by Sanji, the anime does not show Brook singing about Nekomamushi and Robin commenting on the song like in the manga.

While listening to Wanda's story, the anime adds a scene of the Straw Hats making comments on Inuarashi and Jack.

The Beast Pirates breaking through the front gate is shown onscreen while it happened off panel in the manga. Bariete is also shown losing his hat as he struggled to ring the raid bell, and some minks are shown trying to take cover and protect their children while others observe their enemy's arrival in fear and note a foul stench is coming near them.
Luffy is excited by the fact the minks were attacked by a mammoth, upsetting Usopp, who reminds him Wanda is talking about a crew of one of the Yonko.
When Jack orders the Gifters to advance, they cruelly trod over the defeated Pleasures.
Monjii realizes Jack will not listen to reason and that the minks will have to fight him.
Shortly before they reach Inuarashi, Luffy rocks the suspension bridge they are walking on.

Pandaman is seen among the minks watching the ominous arrival of Jack.

Episode 756 - Start to Counterattack! Great Moves by the Twirly Hat Crew!
The anime shows that Kanjuro's cat drawing did not completely melt but ends up back at the bottom near the Thousand Sunny. The samurai and the monkey mink are at first freaked out by its deformed appearance and they later decide to resume climbing on the next day when they see that the cat can no longer climb.
The Straw Hats' feast with the minks features additional lines of dialogue.
When the canine minks catch up to and chew on Brook, they are initially portrayed as if they're enemies and are shown biting onto different parts of Brook's body.
The flashback to the Curly Hats escaping from the Big Mom Pirates is extended and features silhouetted card soldiers, which will not be formally introduced until the Whole Cake Island Arc.
When Wanda is detailing the two ruler-system of Zou, partially shadowed portraits of Inuarashi and Nekomamushi are shown.
Wanda mentions that Nekomamushi had also been in a coma, which was not stated in the manga.
The opening narration before the episode begins has been slightly retouched to animate Franky going into his signature pose for his character portrait. Before this episode, the intro only showed a static image of Franky already striking the pose, while the other Straw Hats had animated vignettes followed by a freeze frame, correcting the irregularity.
Episode 755 - Garchu! The Straw Hats Reunite!

When the eruption rain occurs, Luffy falls off Wany and is saved by Carrot.
Before running into Law and the others, Wanda, Carrot, and Luffy are taking a shortcut to their destination.

The anime shows a part of Burgess' unmasked face more clearly than in the manga.
Zou Arc
Episode 751 - Curtain-up on a New Adventure! Arriving at the Phantom Island, Zou!
This is predominantly a flashback episode with Bartolomeo telling his crew some background about each of the Straw Hat Pirates and how they came together, which he learned by interviewing the ones with him.
This episode however contradicts with the manga where Bartolomeo burns the Red Hair Pirates' flag, unaware of their connection to Luffy.
In the manga, A.O is the only one of the Whitebeard Pirates' allies whose defeat was mentioned. In this episode, Elmy, Ramba, Whitey Bay, Bizarre, the Decalvan Brothers, and Palms are mentioned as well.
Even though the next episode will formally introduce Edward Weevil, he did not appear in the next episode preview. It showed the Straw Hats and others parting with the Barto Club and about to climb Zou instead.
This is the first episode of the Zou Arc.
One Piece Film: Gold
Although Oda was the executive producer, he also collaborated on the script, but only specifically in the film’s climax. He drew over 30 pages of storyboard for the last 10 minutes of the movie because he wasn't satisfied with Miyamoto’s version of the script and they had to redraw a new one for the movie using Oda's parallel intake when it comes to Luffy, Tesoro, Nami, and Stella. [citation needed]
Unlike Strong World and Z, this movie cannot be properly set in any point of the canon story. It takes place after the Dressrosa Arc (Gild Tesoro stated that Luffy had beaten Donquixote Doflamingo and Sabo has the powers of the Mera Mera no Mi), and before the Zou Arc (since Nami is using her Sorcery Clima-Tact instead of the one she received from Usopp on Zou), however, the whole crew was not together during that time in the canon of the story.
Pappag, Heracles, Pandaman, Wanze, Absalom, and Gedatsu make brief cameo appearances in this movie.
Donquixote Doflamingo, Trebol, Diamante, Pica, Boa Hancock, Boa Marigold, and Boa Sandersonia also make brief appearances during Tesoro's flashback.
Gion and Tokikake, mentioned before the premiere of the film in the SBS of volumes 74 and 75, respectively, make brief cameos in the film, debuting in a story before they made their canonical debut during the Levely Arc.

The time of this special is sometime after the Dressrosa Arc as Nami has the Straw Hat Pirates' new bounty posters, and Usopp's novice usage of Kenbunshoku Haki.
Chopper uses Arm Point, despite no longer using it as one of his transformations after the timeskip. It is shown that like most of his other post time-skip transformations he doesn't need to eat a Rumble Ball to transform.
Similarly, during his fight with Naomi, Zoro uses Sanjuroku Pound Ho for the first time after the time-skip. He also uses Tatsu Maki against Luffy for the first time after the time-skip.
During the final fight, Sanji battles Psycho P, the swordsman of the antagonist group. This is the second time Sanji fought the antagonist swordsman, the first being Heaby in the third movie.

When Luffy began his confrontation with Fujitora in the manga, Sai and Bartolomeo's shocked reactions were shown after Luffy's first attack hit Issho. In the anime, it is before.

Kaido's shouting causes a shockwave, which is not present in the manga.
Ginrummy's name is used in her debut episode while in the manga, her name was not revealed until the next arc commenced.
Urouge's prayer as Kaido jumps off Ballon Terminal is silent in the anime, but in the manga, it was audible, showing him saying, "Namu".
The reactions Kid, Hawkins, and Apoo have upon seeing Kaido emerge from below ground are more apprehensive and frightened than they were in the manga.
Kaido's voice actor, Tesshō Genda, was announced several days ahead of this episode's airing, along with a couple of images from the episode showing Kaido's appearance before the episode was released.
Similarly, this episode aired on May 1, which Oda had previously revealed as Kaido's birthday.
In the anime, Kaido's hobby for attempting suicide is not mentioned.

A scene of Doflamingo being carried out of the underground trade port.
When Sabo remembers reading a newspaper relating the events of Marineford, the name of the Marine HQ is incorrectly written "MARINFORD".
While showing the defeated Donquixote Pirates officers, the anime shows Gladius lying on top of one the stone spikes created by Pica.
When Issho is kneeling before Riku, the latter's cape is missing its skull and crossbones, an error also present in the original version of the adapted chapter.
Episode 734 - To Be Free! Dressrosa's Delight!

The person that was Esta's boyfriend turned toy is shown in human form.
Right after Gatz announces Luffy's victory, Franky and the dwarves do the Super Pose.

When Gatz tries to announce that Luffy defeated Doflamingo, he fights through his emotional outburst of tears longer than in the manga while being motivated by the citizens below to say who won the battle of Dressrosa, and both of his female aides are shown crying side-by-side rather than only one in view.
Episode 733 - Attack on a Celestial! Luffy's King Kong Gun of Anger!
The anime adds the following:
Gatz telling Luffy to defeat Doflamingo.
Gatz's worried reaction as Doflamingo attacks Luffy.
In the flashback with Rayleigh, the anime shows what animal Luffy was fighting.
As Luffy activates Gear Fourth again, Doflamingo says that he will just use him to kill the citizens and his friends.
The following is extended:
Doflamingo's assault on Luffy.
Luffy's conversation with Rayleigh while training on Rusukaina.
The clash between Luffy and Doflamingo's final attacks. Doflamingo's attack was instantly crushed by Luffy's, while in the anime there was a long struggle. Doflamingo kept attacking with God Thread Luffy's giant punch after the momentum of the later was strong enough to beat Doflamingo and his technique.
When Luffy activates Gear Fourth, he does it as he did the first time (recycling the scene from Episode 726). In the manga, he transforms almost immediately, skipping the process.
When Doflamingo's sunglasses are shown clattering against the ground and shattering, the lenses are momentarily depicted as intact; however, they had already started breaking apart after Doflamingo was struck by Luffy's final attack.
Episode 732 - Dead or Alive! A Fateful Countdown!
The anime adds the following:
Baby 5 clinging on to Sai as he is helping pushing the Birdcage back.
As Gatz is talking about Luffy, the Dressrosa citizens declared that they will put their trust in him.
Sai, Bartolomeo, Robin, and Usopp's reaction after hearing about Luffy's promise to defeat Doflamingo with one blow.
Gatz bragging to Doflamingo that Luffy's allies and the people of Dressrosa successfully delayed the constriction of the Birdcage.
When the countdown reaches zero, the people of Dressrosa wonder where Luffy is and Doflamingo is smiling, certain that Luffy isn't returning to the fight.
In the manga, Rebecca cried out for Luffy to save her. In the anime, Rebecca called out to him in her mind.
The anime omits the scene of Kyros wondering where Rebecca ran off to.
Ten seconds before Luffy recovers, the Dressrosa citizens were counting down the number of seconds left in the manga. In the anime, the citizens were just calling out Luffy's gladiator name repeatedly until two seconds remain.
Episode 731 - As Long as We Breathe! Stop the Deadly Birdcage!
The anime adds the following:
Hack and Usopp noticing that Viola was no longer with them.
Rolling Logan and several other gladiators trying to stop Doflamingo and then being defeated.
Rebecca telling the Dressrosa citizens to go to the New King's Plateau.
While not shown in the manga, Rebecca was initially helping Kyros and Luffy's allies push back the Birdcage. In the manga, she left without Kyros knowing in order to confront Doflamingo, but in the anime Kyros told her to help the citizens.
Rebecca getting a new sword is shown onscreen.
Viola's fight with Doflamingo is shown.
Viola uses Hierro Lagrima: Mekujira for the second time.
When the Birdcage stopped, Rebecca and Viola are shown noticing it.
In the manga, Issho simply approaches the Birdcage and draws his blade to hold it back. In the anime, when Issho first approaches the Birdcage, the reactions of Zoro and the samurai are shown in more detail. Also, from Zoro's perspective, as Issho draws his blade, it looks as though the admiral is about to strike him down while he is unable to defend himself, but it turns out that Issho has no hostile intentions and actually came to assist them.
While not explicitly shown in the manga, the anime shows several more Marines other than Issho imbuing Haki into their swords and assisting Zoro and the samurais.
In the manga, it was stated that the Birdcage has been slowed down and it would take one more minute for Luffy to regain his Haki. However, in the anime it was stated that it would take one minute for Luffy to regain his Haki and for the Birdcage to completely close.
Episode 730 - Tears of Miracles! Mansherry's Fight!
The anime adds the following:
Mansherry's healing dandelions descending onto Luffy's allies is shown onscreen.
A scene of Kin'emon and Kanjuro agreeing to help Zoro and hardening their weapons with Haki.
After knocking Rolling Logan, Meadows, and Damask aside, Doflamingo raises his hand into the air and closes it to speed up the shrinking of the Birdcage.
The anime shows more of the fight between Sabo and Burgess with Sabo blocking Burgess' Haki-imbued fist before counterattacking.
While not shown clearly in the manga, the anime shows Bartolomeo using a Bari Bari no Pistol to beat the Donquixote thug with the mask.
The scene of Luffy's allies beating the remaining grunts of the Donquixote Pirates at the New King's Plateau is extended in the anime.
Episode 729 - Flame Dragon King! Protect Luffy's Life!
The anime extends the scene of Luffy on his knees completely exhausted.
The anime adds the following scenes:
Sabo running to Luffy's location while noticing his Haki was fading.
Sabo hitting Burgess with two physical attacks before using Moeru Ryusoken: Kaen Ryuo.
The initial airing of this episode was interrupted due to a rocket launch in North Korea that crossed through Japanese airspace.
Episode 728 - Luffy! An All-Out Leo Bazooka!
In the manga, Luffy struck Doflamingo with Leo Bazooka right after King Riku's speech. The anime further extends the clash before Luffy uses that attack, with Doflamingo landing attacks on Luffy in Gear Fourth. In the manga, Doflamingo failed to land a clean blow.
When Luffy used a Haki-imbued headbutt in the manga, he only destroyed a wall of string blocking his way. In the anime, Luffy also landed a hit with the headbutt before Doflamingo grabbed Luffy with a thread and threw him away. Luffy then flew back to deliver the Leo Bazooka attack against Doflamingo.
After Luffy uses the Leo Bazooka attack, the manga only showed the citizens cheering. The anime briefly shows everyone's shocked reaction before the citizens started cheering.
In the manga, Gatz appeared after Luffy's Gear Fourth wore out. The anime adds a scene with Gatz arriving at the scene and recognizing Luffy while he is still in Gear Fourth.
Episode 727 - A Massive Counterattack! Doflamingo's Awakening!
The anime adds the following scenes:
When Law stated that Luffy was overusing his Haki, Cavendish's reaction was shown.
When Viola informed her father that Doflamingo is the only foe remaining, the reaction of Tank Lepanto and the citizens near King Riku is shown.
Zoro going in the wrong direction and had to be picked up by Kin'emon and Kanjuro.
Inhel asked Franky why the factory wasn't getting sliced apart by the Birdcage. In the manga, Franky noted this to himself.
A man pushing down the woman who was looking for her son while running for his life.
After King Riku's speech, the anime shows scenes of a marine and a pirate helping a handicapped man and Dressrossa citizens helping people at a hospital as well as a man trapped under rubble.
Luffy once again constantly hovers in the air despite Gear Fourth requiring him to be in constant motion.
When the boy with the Kuma shirt reunites with his mother, Issho is not seen near them like in the manga.
The anime explicitly shows Doflamingo turning his surroundings into string through physical contact. In the manga this was shown albeit slightly cut off by the panel's structure, and again though the shot is from behind Doflamingo.
The anime also shows that Doflamingo needs to maintain physical contact with an area in order to turn it into string by having the ground he is walking on briefly turn into string before returning to normal, something the manga did not explicitly mention or display.
Episode 726 - Fourth Gear! The Phenomenal Bounce-man!
The anime adds the following scenes:
Chinjao commenting on how Sai is acting like a leader.
Leo reattaching Law's arm and Mansherry healing it are shown onscreen.
A flashback to Luffy's struggle to beat the creatures on Rusukaina, which was only alluded to in the manga.
Viola noting Luffy's transformation.
Bartolomeo reacting to Gear Fourth and bragging about it to Kyros.
When Doflamingo is sent flying into the city, two Marines confront him, but his anger causes them to drop in fear.
When Luffy activates Gear Fourth and his torso is being coated by his haki, a silhouette of Luffys Devil fruit, the Gomu Gomu no Mi is visible instead for his torso. This is though no longer than a few seconds.
Luffy manages to stay in the same place at one point in the air, despite Gear Fourth keeping him in constant motion.
Luffy and Doflamingo exchange more blows in the anime than the manga.
Doflamingo uses Overheat twice. The first one misses, and the second one is destroyed by Luffy.
Luffy headbutting Doflamingo while fighting in mid air.
Luffy's second Gomu Gomu no Culverin takes longer to hit Doflamingo and takes more turns.
Despite Luffy throwing his sandals aside on the palace rooftop before using Gear Fourth, his sandals are present during his 'Kinniku Fusen' and 'Rhino Schneider' techniques, as well as throughout his mid air battle with Doflamingo.
This way the anime fixed an oversight in the manga where Luffy was drawn with his sandals on in every chapter after the one this episode adapted.
Episode 725 - Anger Erupts! I Will Take Everything upon Myself!
The anime adds the following scenes:
When Cavendish asks Bartolomeo to create stairs with his barrier, Bartolomeo refuses until Cavendish says that it was for Robin.
When Doflamingo speaks about Luffy's bounty increase after Crocodile's defeat, the entire Donquixote Pirates are present.
Leo, Mansherry, and Kabu telling Robin they will stay behind with Law.
Zoro leaving the Old King's Plateau with Kin'emon and Kanjuro.
Cavendish saying his thought process from Luffy request out loud while in the manga it was solely mental.
When Doflamingo was viewing Luffy's bounty after Crocodile's defeat, the anime shows Doflamingo wearing dark purple shades in line with his original pre-timeskip depiction in the anime instead of dark red as shown in the present.
Luffy and Doflamingo are shown exchanging more blows in the anime than in the manga.
Doflamingo shows his "awakened" ability for the second time.
Luffy attacking with another Red Hawk before using Grizzly Magnum.
Once again, when Bartolomeo is seen to be still awestruck from Zoro's victory over Pica, he is not shown foaming at the mouth like he did in the manga.
Although the title card shows the eye of Luffy in Gear Fourth, Gear Fourth does not appear in this episode.
Episode 724 - Unassailable! The Stunning Secret of Trebol!
In the manga, Trebol was only shown shooting the thug who hurt Doflamingo. In the anime, that scene is extended and Trebol shot three more people.
Even though Luffy was using Haki, it was not shown coating his arm.
The anime adds the following:
Trebol feigning injury after Luffy punches him.
Scenes of Doflamingo's future top four officers taking over a turf.
A scene showing how much citizens feared young Doflamingo and his first four comrades.
Viola using her clairvoyance to see Trebol's defeat.
Episode 723 - A Collision of Haki! Luffy vs. Doflamingo!
After striking Doflamingo with Counter Shock, Law briefly loses consciousness until Luffy calls out to him.
While Doflamingo is repairing his inner organs, Trebol grabs Luffy and throws him aside.
Luffy and Doflamingo's clash of Haki is extended in the anime.
The anime shows Doflamingo using Haoshoku Haki to knock out the mob that was torturing him, his brother, and father onscreen. In the manga, it was only mentioned.
When Doflamingo rises again behind Law who is on the floor lying and Luffy besides him, Law's goatee disappears for a few seconds.
When Luffy uses Gomu Gomu no Eagle Bazooka, he is not in his Gear Second mode (the Eagle Bazooka is the Haki version of Jet Bazooka).
Adventure of Nebulandia (SP 10)
It has been suggested by Toei Animation that this will be the first in a series of 'Adventure Of' specials with original storylines. These specials would air in the winter in addition to the summer 'Episode Of' specials which re-adapt manga material.
The special marks the first post time-skip anime appearances of Foxy and his crew.
This special also marks the debut of three new members of the Foxy Pirates which turn out to be undercover Marines designed by Eiichiro Oda; Komei, Dojaku and Kansho.
When Porche is seen for the first time among the whole of Foxy's crew, she is shown at a distance with her cap and mask on. However, the scene then cuts to her unmasked, putting her cap and mask on.
Despite Chopper's tendency to not recognize people even in poor disguises, he was instantly able to recognize Foxy in his disguise.
In the anime continuity, this special could take place before the Punk Hazard Arc and after Z's Ambition Arc and One Piece Film: Z. This is because in the anime, the Z's Ambition Arc took place immediately after the Straw Hat Pirates entered the New World, which led into the film. However, this special must precede the Punk Hazard Arc, since the Straw Hat Pirates were travelling by themselves, meaning that the Dressrosa Saga had not yet commenced.
The special ignores the events added to the anime version of the Long Ring Long Land Arc and the entirety of the Foxy's Return Arc and Spa Island Arc, as the Straw Hats only refer to Chopper being taken as a member of Foxy's crew and Franky is not aware of Foxy's Devil Fruit. Additionally, this contradicts Franky showing some knowledge of the Davy Back Fight in Episode 326.
The Marines recognize Chopper as the crew's doctor instead of just being a pet.
Episode 722 - A Blade of Tenacity! The Gamma Knife Counterattack!
The anime adds the following:
The convict gladiators leaving the confines of the colosseum only to find despair from seeing the Birdcage shrinking.
Before Law strikes Doflamingo with Gamma Knife, Luffy and Doflamingo briefly clashed. This sequence includes Luffy being grazed by Doflamingo's 'Fulbright' attack.
The anime extends the following scenes:
The effect of the shrinking Birdcage on Dressrosa.
Law using Gamma Knife on Doflamingo.
Law crawling towards Doflamingo while showing flashbacks of Corazon.
Episode 721 - Law Dies! Luffy's Raging Onslaught!
When Doflamingo was asking Law to grant him immortality, he says Law's full name. It is unclear how Doflamingo learned the "Water" part of his name, however, because Law was never shown telling Doflamingo about it on-panel in the manga or on-screen in the anime.
Law does not give Doflamingo the middle finger like he did in the manga. This censorship also happened in Episode 394 when Law made the same gesture to Eustass Kid.
When Viola talks about Law's defeat in the manga, King Riku, Tank, and the citizens were already climbing down the Old King's Plateau.
Right before Luffy resumes his fight against Doflamingo, the Shichibukai comments that he can still reacquire the Ope Ope no Mi and then raises his hand into the air and closes it to begin the shrinking of the birdcage.
When Luffy checks on Law, the front of Law's body isn't covered in as much blood as in the manga. Similar censorship could been seen when Ace died.
After Doflamingo claims Law to be dead and before the birdcage starts shrinking, the anime adds a scene of Luffy trying to attack Doflamingo.
Before attacking Doflamingo, Luffy bases an attack using Bellamy's spring prefix motif.
In the manga, Doflamingo explained the Birdcage was shrinking when it began to contract, but in the anime, this fact is demonstrated visually.
Episode 720 - So Long! Bellamy's Farewell Blow!
When Mihawk forbade Zoro from drinking alcohol until he masters Haki, Perona is shown laughing at him.
Issho using his gravity ability to save the citizens from falling rubble is shown onscreen while it happened off panel in the manga.
In the manga, Bartolomeo was foaming at the mouth after witnessing Zoro's victory over Pica.
The anime adds a flashback of Bellamy seeing Luffy's increasing bounty and his shadow in the clouds seen during the Skypiea Arc.
In the manga, Law's blood-covered body was not shown until after Luffy returned to the palace roof.
The anime shows Bellamy being defeated in the present, while in the manga, his defeat was shown in a flashback after Viola announced it to onlookers from the King's Plateau and Bellamy was shown knocked out.
When Luffy readies his attack against Bellamy, he initiates Gear Second without turning his body red. In the post-timeskip, this has been the norm in the manga, but not in the anime.
Episode 719 - A Decisive Battle in Midair! Zoro's New Special Secret Technique Blasts!
The moment when Zoro splits Pica's stone body in two features a slight change to the eyecatcher. The eyecatcher, Zoro's, has a rustling metal blade sound effect added during the moment he takes hold of his Wado Ichimonji.
The anime adds the following scenes:
The Marines continue to shoot Pica to no avail, and Pica responds by stepping on them and sending citizens flying as a result.
The citizens of Dressrosa surround King Riku causing Pica to stop his first attack on the King's plateau.
Orlumbus, Elizabello II, Sai, Baby 5, Chinjao, Rebecca, and Kyros getting shocked from Zoro's skill of easily slicing Pica's gigantic form.
Before landing the final blow on Pica, Zoro recalls his duel with Mihawk. In this memory, the scar made by Mihawk is seen as a middle-sized cross formed by two cuts, not the single large scar he actually has.
Episode 718 - Moving Across the Ground! The Giant Statue Pica's Surprise Maneuver!
The anime adds the following:
An additional scene of Luffy continuing to plead Bellamy to stop his attack.
Right after saying how Rebecca received scorn for being Riku's granddaughter, Pica also comments on how Kyros lost his leg and became a toy for serving Riku.
While Sai is being crushed by Pica's Millstone, Chinjao tries to help him.
While chasing after Pica, Zoro slices through some of Doflamingo's soldiers.
The anime extends Kyros' answer to Pica's question.
The anime shows Zoro envisioning his first four plans to defeat Pica.
The anime shows Chinjao, Sai, and Baby 5 standing next to Orlumbus, while the manga didn't show their exact location.
In the manga, Zoro came up with his fifth plan before speaking to Elizabello II and he already put on his bandana by then. In the anime, Zoro speaks to Elizabello II first before thinking about his fifth plan and putting on his bandana.
Episode 717 - Trueno Bastardo! Kyros' Furious Strike!
It took longer for Kyros to defeat Diamante in the anime than in the manga.
When Kyros resumed clashing his sword against Diamante, the latter was not shown holding his umbrella in the manga.
When Dold, Tank, and Viola are having a flashback about Scarlett's death, it was after Kyros struck the final blow on Diamante in the manga. In the anime, it is before.
The anime adds the following:
Kyros slicing Diamante's umbrella in half.
Viola commenting on how intense Kyros' battle against Diamante is.
Episode 716 - Stardust of Death! Diamante's Storm of Vicious Attacks!
Senor Pink's flashback is further extended.
After Senor Pink decided to dress like a baby, Gladius asks about what he did to his suits and Lao G comments that Senor Pink's clothing is embarrassing.
The anime shows a clear view of Senor Pink's eyes right after his glasses shatter.
Kyros' battle with Diamante is extended.
The anime adds a scene in which Viola tells Tank Lepanto that Kyros is exhausted.
In a flashback, when a gladiator was scorning Rebecca for not shedding blood, Rebecca was not shown wearing her gladiator outfit like in the anime.
Episode 715 - The Manly Duel! Señor's Elegy of Love!
This episode shows Bellamy continuing to land hits on Luffy.
Before losing consciousness, Jora was about to pick up a Den Den Mushi in the anime.
The anime adds a scene of Senor Pink giving Russian a ring on a grassy hill.
The anime also shows the time in which Gimlet fell ill during Senor Pink's absence.
Episode 714 - The Healing Princess! Save Mansherry!
The anime adds the following:
Right after getting away from Bartolomeo, the two Donquixote Pirates soldiers that were carrying Gladius were grinning.
A scene of Donquixote Pirates soldiers carrying an unconscious Dellinger and accidentally dropping him. Afterwards, Jora punishes two of the soldiers by turning them into art.
After hearing about Jora hurting Mansherry, Mauji tries to rush off to save her.
Bellamy dealing more blows to Luffy.
In the manga, Jora discovered what Mansherry's tears are capable of without a subordinate telling her about it.
Episode 713 - Barrier-Barrier! Homage God Fist Strikes!
The anime adds the following:
When Cavendish and Robin jumped to the sunflower field, Robin uses her Devil Fruit powers to cushion their landing.
A flashback of Bartolomeo mimicking Luffy's Gomu Gomu no Mi techniques.
Episode 712 - A Strong Wind and a Surge! Hakuba vs. Dellinger!
When Cavendish kicked Bartolomeo, he did not knock him down in the manga.
The fight between Dellinger and Ideo is extended in the anime.
The fight between Hakuba and Dellinger is also extended in the anime. In the manga, Dellinger is defeated after Hakuba's first slash. In the anime, he manages to withstand the attack, but is slashed many time afterwards before passing out.
Hakuba tries to attack Bartolomeo more times in the anime than the manga. The anime also adds Bartolomeo mocking Hakuba.
When Hakuba charges at Robin, Bartolomeo tried to catch him. The anime also extends the scene and made Robin see Hakuba charging from afar.
Episode 711 - The Man's Pride! Bellamy's Last Charge!
The anime adds the following:
Zoro making another negative comment on Pica's laugh.
Sabo saving a woman and a child from a burning house before being led to the colosseum.
Law trying to fight Doflamingo with only one arm.
A brief scene of Cavendish banging on Bartolomeo's barrier.
Trebol's Beto Launcher is seen when he uses it on Law.
Before Kyros declares that he will not let Rebecca use a sword again, Diamante was only seen attempting to attack Rebecca once in the manga. In the anime, Diamante tried multiple times.
In the anime, Luffy takes more damage from Bellamy's attack, being sent crashing into a wall. In the manga, Luffy just coughed up some blood.
Luffy also takes a second hit from Bellamy while he only took one in the manga.
Episode 710 - The Battle of Love! The New Leader Sai vs. Baby 5!
The anime adds the following:
While attacking Chinjao with Jio-Ken techniques, Lao G uses two additional, anime-exclusive ones.
When Lao G is talking about the Jio-Ken, one of his subordinates explains that he was facing the wrong way.
Unlike the manga, when Chinjao mentions Sai's fiancée, an image of her is shown.
Baby 5 begging her mother not to abandon her during her childhood flashback.
A flashback of Baby 5 subscribing to 50 newspapers and receiving a marriage proposal.
Sai's final clash with Lao G is extended.
Baby 5's flashback to being abandoned by her tribe is portrayed as much harsher in the anime. In the manga, her mother is seen holding her hand, and later patiently telling her not to follow her. In the anime, she isn't shown holding her hand, and she later shoves Baby 5 over as she abandons her.
When Sai uses the Hasshoken Ogi: Kiryu Kirikugi technique, in addition to his leg changing appearance as a result of his Haki, it is also covered in a green flame of sorts.
Episode 709 - A Decisive Battle Against the Executives! Proud Hajrudin!
In the manga, Doflamingo released Bellamy right after the string clone's defeat. In the anime, Bellamy still attacks Luffy for a while.
In the flashback of Bellamy's first meeting with Doflamingo, the anime shows bodies on the floor and wrecked tables in the bar Doflamingo was sitting in. In addition, the anime adds Diamante and Trebol threatening Bellamy.
When Doflamingo accepts Bellamy's request to join the Donquixote Pirates, Doflamingo was not shown smiling in the manga.
In the manga, Ideo managed to land a hit on Dellinger. In the anime, Dellinger dodged the attack.
The anime adds a scene with Machvise smashing Hajrudin into the ground multiple times.
Episode 708 - An Intense Battle! Law vs. Doflamingo!
The anime adds the following:
Law using Counter Shock against Doflamingo.
Luffy trying to immobilize Bellamy by wrapping his arm around him.
Luffy striking Doflamingo's string clone with Red Hawk.
Episode 707 - To Be Free! Law's Injection Shot Blasts!
The anime adds the following:
Law deflecting several bullet strings.
Luffy trying to fight Doflamingo's string clone while the latter is using Bellamy as a shield.
Kyros cutting Diamante's face is shown onscreen while it happened off-panel in the manga.
Trebol reassembling himself is shown.
The scene in which Senor Pink is guarding a cat is extended.
When Diamante uses Army Bandera, the manga never showed him putting his hand on the ground first.
As Viola is listing the members of the Donquixote Family still in action and captions of the names appear next to them, special emphasis is given to the "G" in Lao G's caption, which pops onto the screen with a shiny golden flourish like his running gag. They are also listed in a slightly different order than in the manga, with Baby 5 shown last instead of Machvise.
Unlike the manga, the anime shows Sabo destroying falling rubble with Fire Fist.
An animation mistake occurs as Robin ascends the steps she makes with Pierna Fleur; her outline briefly changes to pale brown, erroneously matching the color scheme of her Hana Hana no Mi limbs instead of having a solid black outline.
Episode 706 - Advance, Law! The Kindhearted Man's Final Fight!
The flashbacks of the moment Doflamingo won the allegiance of Vergo and Trebol after using his Haoshoku Haki, and the moments where he murdered his father and Rosinante's traumatized reaction, are extended and shown while Doflamingo was looking at his pistol right after killing Barrels. In the manga, they were shown at the start of the chapter and simply presented as events revealed to the reader.
The anime physically shows Rosinante being roughed up by the Donquixote Family members individually and several of them using their Devil Fruit powers on him until he is knocked against the treasure chest where he had Law hidden. In the manga, Rosinante is attacked off-panel, and shows only Law hearing the sounds of him being beaten, cutting to the moment Doflamingo confronts him while he is slumped against the chest.
The anime makes it clearer that the boy Baby 5 and Buffalo heard had made it onto the Marine HQ patrol boat was really Dory, showing a brief scene of him after being rescued and shivering under a blanket.
The flashback of a young, scared, and bawling Rosinante meeting Sengoku for the first time is extended.
The scene where Rosinante is shot to death by his brother is actually intensified in violence, showing the bullet holes erupt from his clothes and body with blood spattering. In the manga, Rosinante getting fatally shot was shown from a further distance away.
Episode of Sabo: Bond of Three Brothers - A Miraculous Reunion and an Inherited Will (SP 9)
Sabo is shown to have gone to Ace and Whitebeard's graves and placed the sake cups after the Straw Hat Pirates reemerged. However, the gravesites and the items on them are spotless, conflicting with the manga which showed the objects decaying after two years.
There are extended scenes from the Marineford Arc and Luffy's past.
As with all 'Episode of' specials, some scenes are recapped within a few minutes and Non-Canon scenes are added.
In the original manga and anime, Luffy learned about the prize of the Corrida Colosseum tournament from one of Doflamingo's thugs. In this special, Luffy saw the prize while watching Doflamingo's broadcast.
Aremo Ganmi makes a cameo, with another different appearance. Additionally another woman with a different appearance having red flower in her hair, similar to the character's manga design, is possibly yet another misinterpretation of the character, as she is also shown covering her face but not her eyes.
Sabo learns that Lucy was Luffy right after Hajrudin's defeat, while noticing the familiar scar on Luffy's face.
Luffy is seen using Geppo during his fight against Don Chinjao, which Luffy has never been seen doing. During his fight with Doflamingo, Luffy did show some kind of Geppo in the form of Gear Fourth but it is rather different from the normal Geppo and based on his Devil Fruit form.
Scenes from Chapter 786 (Sabo beating up Jesus Burgess when he tries to attack a weakened Luffy following the wearing off of Gear Fourth against Doflamingo), Chapter 792 (where Sabo was shown striking Burgess after the latter ridiculed him over his incapability to save Ace in the war), and Chapter 794 (Luffy tearfully hugging Sabo after learning he's still alive) are shown before the events are fully depicted in the anime, although the way Sabo introduces himself to Luffy differs between the anime and the manga.
Episode 705 - The Moment of Resolution! Corazon's Farewell Smile!
The anime shows X Drake running out of the Barrels' hideout.
In the manga, Law and Corazon were still at the ghost town when Law received the Ope Ope no Mi. In the anime, Corazon carried Law far away from the town before giving him the Devil Fruit.
Episode 704 - The Time is Ticking Down! Seize the Op-Op Fruit!
The anime adds the following:
During the fight against the controlled Bellamy and Doflamingo's string clone, Luffy frees his hands by inflating his arms and hardening them.
While watching Rosinante speak with Sengoku, Law's vision begins to blur.
Right after speaking with Sengoku, Rosinante notices that Law has a fever and tries to give him some water but accidentally spilled it.
The preview for the next episode is shortened from its usual length. In the original broadcast, it is to make room for a for a preview of Episode of Sabo.
Episode 703 - A Rocky Road! Law and Corazon's Journey of Life!
Before Corazon smiled, there's an animation error that the green jumper that he's wearing switched back to his trademark heart shirt.
The anime includes a scene when Baby 5 and Buffalo take a peek at Law and Corazon's conversation and are confused to see their lips moving.
The manga did not show that Corazon throws down the alcoholic bottle after he drank it, which is quite similar from his older brother whilst on his lowest point.
Some of the hospital visit and attack scenes changed differently from the manga.
The manga did not show Law making breakfast for Corazon like in the anime.
At the end of the episode, the flashback is interrupted by the current fights in the Dressrosa palace. In the manga, the flashback didn't have any breaks.
Episode 702 - A Celestial Dragon! Doffy's Stormy Past
During the flashback, the man who was crying about his deceased sons did not mention how many times they were shot.
When a woman was crying about her enslaved daughter, the anime shows that there was a younger woman standing next to her.
While one of the locals did mention about losing his wife to the World Nobles, he did not explain that she was burned alive like in the manga.
The anime shows who fired the arrow at young Doflamingo. In the anime, two arrows are fired instead of one, with the first arrow missing Doflamingo, and the second apparently hitting him right before Doflamingo wakes up from his nightmare.
The anime gives a clearer view of Doflamingo and Rosinante while they were World Nobles.
The conversation between Homing and the World Nobles at Mary Geoise is extended.
When Doflamingo was asking his father for slaves, the manga showed Doflamingo sitting on a pile of treasure. In the anime, the treasure is contained in a chest. Doflamingo is standing in front of the chest while Rosinante is opening it.
Unlike the manga, the anime shows that Homing introduces himself as a former World Noble to the townspeople while visiting a town with Doflamingo.
While Homing was calling Mary Geoise for help, the manga only showed Doflamingo watching in silence. The anime also includes Homing's wife and Rosinante standing right behind Homing.
When Doflamingo noticed Corazon's stab wound in the manga, Corazon was bandaging himself. In the anime, it is right after Doflamingo finishes his conversation with Law.
Though he was not present in the scene from the manga, the anime shows Pandaman to be a part of a crew of delinquents who mercilessly beat on a defenseless Rosinante and Doflamingo.
The preview for the next episode is shortened from its usual length. In the original broadcast, it is to make room for a for a preview of Episode of Sabo.
As the scenes shift throughout the episode, a black screen is shown, with white spots that grow each time. This is most likely representing Law's worsening Amber Lead Syndrome, which causes white blotches to appear on one's skin. The effect is carried over to the To Be Continued screen at the end of the episode.
Episode 701 - Sad Memories! Law the Boy from the White Town!
The anime adds the following:
Prior to the dinner party, Senor Pink was speaking to Law right before Corazon throws him again.
Before Law walks in on the dinner party, Doflamingo mentions targeting Rakesh.
During the dinner, Pica is shown speaking and Buffalo nearly laughed at his voice.
When Law explains how he escaped Flevance, the anime does not show the image of Law hiding under corpses.
The Donquixote Pirates' raid on Rakesh is more shown in the anime than in the manga. The name of the port town was not mentioned in the manga.
In this episode, Baby 5 uses the power of the Buki Buki no Mi. In the manga, she was not shown using it at this age until she fought Wellington.
The flashback of Flevance is extended and it started before Law and his family were afflicted with the Amber Lead Sickness.
During Law's past, the nun's cross necklace is replaced with pendant necklace.
Episode 700 - The Ultimate Power! The Secret of the Op-Op Fruit!
The chaos in Primula is extended in the anime.
The elephant that is trying to break through the Birdcage is not shown bleeding like in the manga.
During the one-on-one fight between Law and Doflamingo, they clashed against each other with Busoshoku Haki.
In the flashback, Doflamingo, Buffalo, and Baby 5 are shown watching Law's sparring match against Diamante.
Law asked if he could become an officer by defeating Diamante and they all laughed at him.
In the manga, Baby 5 and Buffalo as children were first shown just prior to Corazon's first appearance.
Episode 699 - A Noble Family! The True Identity of Doflamingo!
The anime adds the following:
Right after striking Doflamingo with Red Hawk, Luffy has a battle with the string clone.
In the anime, Doflamingo's kick to Luffy sends him flying over the town before being immobilised by his strings. In the manga, the kick simply sent Luffy sprawling across the palace floor.
The Dressrosa citizens originally planned to use Usopp's group to lure the rest of Doflamingo's targets but they got into a fight with a pirate group. King Riku freed himself and then Tank Lepanto and Hack and the three fought off the pirates.
While Doflamingo is expressing his anger from explaining his past, he slices a butterfly into pieces and then stomps on it, where it represented a brief image of his father.
The moment where Doflamingo relives his past, the dialogue follows that of the volume version instead of the magazine version.
Episode 698 - Anger Erupts! Luffy and Law's Ultimate Stratagem!
The scene where Doflamingo torments Bellamy is extended with Doflamingo reminding Bellamy of his failure at the Corrida Colosseum.
A glimpse of the past where Doflamingo and Corazon pointed their pistols at each other is shown.
The anime adds the following:
Elizabello II using another lite version King Punch.
Dellinger mocking Ideo.
Additional scenes for the following:
Chinjao's battle with Lao G.
Sai's fight with Baby 5.
Franky's battle with Senor Pink.
Kyros' battle with Diamante.
Bartolomeo, Robin, and Cavendish's battle on the third level.
Episode 697 - One Shot One Kill! The Man Who Will Save Dressrosa!
The anime adds the following:
While Usopp was aiming at Sugar, he expresses his anxiety.
Sugar's interaction with Luffy and Law is extended.
When Sugar approaches them, she pretends to cry.
Luffy and Law were going to walk away from her and Sugar attempts to lure Luffy to her with her grapes.
In the manga, Sugar was only shown with a sinister expression. In the anime, she acts like an innocent little child.
The anime shows what happens if Usopp's attack fails and also, what Luffy would look like if Sugar turns him into a toy.
The toy that Luffy was shown to transform into is based off the "Giant Luffy Bomber" from the Straw Hat Theatre - Chopper Man omake special.
Episode 696 - A Tearful Reunion! Rebecca and Kyros!
The anime adds the following:
Rebecca drops the key in the sunflower field while Diamante was attacking her. When she finds the key, it appears that Rebecca was preparing to fight but chooses to run instead.
Diamante and Kyros battling each other before Luffy and Law arrive at the Sunflower Field.
Luffy and Law are shown being swallowed by a nutcracker toy the moment Luffy grabbed the key to Law's handcuffs.
After Law removed the lead bullets from his body, he tells Luffy not to just charge after Doflamingo.
In the manga, Rebecca was only shown running from Diamante and he only struck her down once. In the anime, Diamante attacks her more times and puts Rebecca on the defensive.
Episode 695 - Risking Their Lives! Luffy is the Trump Card for Victory!
The anime adds the following:
Bartolomeo admiring Luffy's Gear Second.
Diamante knocking Rebecca down right after meeting her on the Sunflower Field.
Episode 694 - Invincible! A Gruesome Army of Headcracker Dolls!
The anime adds the following:
Bartolomeo fantasizing about meeting Luffy at the Sunflower Field.
Luffy using Gomu Gomu no UFO against the nutcracker toys.
Baby 5 uses her anime-exclusive Disc-Girl technique.
The anime extends the following:
The flashback of young Viola's time with the dwarves.
The fight between Sai and Baby 5.
The fight between Chinjao and Lao G.
In the manga, one of the nutcracker toys bit Farul's head during the beginning of the battle against Luffy, Kyros, and Cavendish. In the anime, Farul's head is bitten after the nutcracker toys' initial defeat.
In the manga, only one man with a long nose was seen interacting with Sugar. In the anime, there are several.
In the manga, Orlumbus' ability to make people do as he commands was first seen when he was helping Zoro. The anime shows this ability earlier.
Episode 693 - The Little People's Princess! Captive Mansherry!
The anime adds the following:
Maujii running around the SMILE factory searching desperately for Mansherry after discovering that she was not in the room where she was said to be held.
Before being confronted by Kyuin, the dwarves were telling Franky about Mansherry. When Kyuin got Franky's attention, he asked if she was the dwarf princess.
Before Franky gives Kyuin a bear hug, he saves two dwarves from getting sucked into Kyuin's vacuum. Franky also explained to Kyuin about how he tricked Senor Pink.
While thinking about what Mansherry is like, Usopp draws a picture of her.
Luffy, Kyros, and Cavendish's battle with the giant nutcracker toys is extended.
When Franky hugged Kyuin and later kissed her, the manga showed Inhel, Pellini, and Cotton's reaction. The anime shows Bomba, Wicca, and Flapper's reaction.
While Viola is searching for Mansherry using her Devil Fruit ability, the anime shows more of the inside of the palace.
During Mansherry's first appearance, the anime shows a full view of her face while the manga only showed part of it.
Episode 692 - A Hard-Fought Battle Against Pica! Zoro's Deadly Attack!
The anime adds the following:
During the revolt inside the SMILE factory, Mouji tried searching for Mansherry in the SMILE garden.
Kyuin is first seen in the monitor room watching the dwarves' revolt until a grunt entered begging for assistance.
Before finding the room where Mansherry was supposedly held, Mouji and the dwarves came across a "Don't Run" and "Keep Left" sign.
In the manga, the two Donquixote grunts trying to contact Doflamingo were only attacked by one dwarf. In the anime, four dwarves attacked them and they use a move called "Tontatta Tail Four-Man Hammer".
Zoro's comment that Pica isn't on his level is omitted.
Episode 691 - The Second Samurai! Evening Shower Kanjuro Appears
The anime adds the following:
Sai and Ideo fighting against Gladius and Lao G.
Chinjao fighting Baby 5 after she attacked Orlumbus.
Elizabello II fighting against Dellinger. After kicking down his opponent, Dellinger is then attacked by Hajrudin.
The moment Kine'mon finds Kanjuro is shown.
