In this episode, we see that Sougo eating his breakfast before going to school, as he learns that both Geiz and Tsukuyomi will be going to school as well as and that they are both 18 years old just like him, later he learns that they are going to the same and that the fact them pretending to be a student will make their job to keep an eye on him easier for them... Meanwhile Timejacker Uhr looks for his new target only to be run into a fellow Timejacker and tells her about Zi-O and the fact that this Zi-O is from 2018 not the 2068 him, the new Timejacker said that she has a plan and has already put it into action, as she goes to 2016 and tells the person who became Another Ex-aid a piece of good news and bad news she also tells him her identity, her name is Ora... As seen in the opening there seems to be three of them for now, meaning the third Timejacker may appear in episode 5 which am not going to talk about as it has not been air...
Later, Sougo found that he been stalked by Geiz and Tsukuyomi as they can be seen all over the place, as they tries to keep an eye on him, Sougo manages to get away from the both of them as he wanted to enjoy his lunch alone... He goes to the sport equipment room to eat his lunch only to run into his friend Owata who was play a game in there, he game console that he was holding has the word GENM an easter egg form Kamen Rider Ex-aid which I will cover during my Kamen Rider Ex-aid review... Owata got attacked by Another Ex-aid shortly, Sougo told Geiz and Tsukuyomi who had just appeared about Another Rider but not knowing its name, they also learn that there are even more people who got admited to the hospital because of the same issues, Sougo tries to play the game but no vein as he sucks at playing game... Later, he when out look for the Game Genius 'M' and saw Another Ex-aid attacking someone again he got information from Woz about the hospital where Hojou Emu is... Tsukuyomi and Geiz join up with Sougo to that hospital and learns about Emu from a nurse, they also run into Kagami Hiiro, he have them hints to find as he learns what happen from them... They when into the game world where they fought against Another Ex-aid... Emu appears shortly, and he started attacking them...
