Episode 26: In this episode, we see Alice trying her best to get the villagers from Ruild to get away from the area but none of them listens to her, even her father tells her to back off as she does not belong here at all.
The man that Alice helped with scorn her by telling her what rights do have standing and ordering the villagers and tell them not to fight the invaders. Alice, on the other hand, tries her best but to vain. The only one who seemed to be listening to Alice was her only sister Selka. That left her with no choice but to reveal herself as a knight and tells them sorry for lying to them. With that, her father can no longer say no to her and he ordered everybody to get to safety as Alice fan the Goblins off by killing that group’s leader. Alice then set off to the battlefield bring Kirito along with her.
Episode 27: Well, in this episode we got back to the real world as we learn more about the enemy’s cause of action and what are they going to do next. Meanwhile, Asuna side of things we also learn why they wanted <ALICE> this much and what does <ALICE> means, they also talk about Kirito’s state as they think of a way to help him somehow.
Higa told Asuna and Rinko that there are accounts for her to use when the time comes. Back with the others, Sinon had a nightmare about <Subtilizer> and during their battle in GGO’s BoB. She woke up to see a message sent by Asuna telling them that she will be going after Kirito and that she is safe for now and tell the others not to worry about her by having Sinon and the others all logged in to ALO as Yui update them on what has happened. Back with the attacker, Gabriel along with with Critter the computer expert, <PoH> discusses what to do in order to get <ALICE> out of the Underworld. They discovered the accounts that have been used and they took two accounts and used it, one super account and a dark knight account. Gabriel whose also known as <Subtilizer> in GGO took the Dark God Vector account. Back in underworld, Dark Territory side, Dark Knight leader Shasta told his most loved student Lipia about making peace with the Human Empire when he learns of Administrator’s death and told her that Bercouli may be happy to talk with them, and he asked her to marry him when the talks are done only to interrupted by a loud sound.
Episode 28: Many of the dark territory leaders and people can be seen appearing one after the other as they when to see their leader Dark God Vector, just like their leader they want to destroy the human empire.
<PoH> also logging into the Underworld and he wasn’t seen alongside Vector. Vector also wanted to see if all the ten lords to see if they have what it takes to go in a full-on war with the human empire. Later that night after the meeting of all ten lords namely Goblins, Mountain Goblins, Giants, Ogres, and Orc the other are all humans that have special skills Knight was one of them the other are Dark Arts, Fist Fighter, Assassins and lastly trader. Later that night Lipia was killed by Vector after she tried to kill him. Shasta learns of Lipia death and tries to attack Vector but failed to kill him as the learns something very shocking about him. Shasta was killed by Fu Za the leader of Assassins. Vector also contacted the real world and ask Critter to do some stuff. Alice was seen having a look at the gate.
Episode 29: Alice when to look for Bercouli and was greeted by her student Eldrie. Eldrie was really happy to see happy but was pissed that she would bring the unless Kirito with her. Bercouli tells Eldrie to back down as he tested Kirito and can tell that Kirito may be able to help them in some way later.
Much later, Alice was greeted by Royne and Tiese. The two learn about what happened to Kirito and Eugeo. There was also a scene where Fanatio wanted to thank Kirito for fighting her without holding back and respect her and not scorn her like most of the knights. Alice told her to back off and the two argued. As Alice said that she can see Bercouli whenever she feels like it but Fanatio was angry. There were also two new Integrity Knights that also appeared. Sortiliena was also in the background as she did play a role here. There was a character that I remember not appearing in the novel that appeared in anime counterpart and that character was Golgorosso. They appeared at a meeting before the battle. Soon they all headed out for battle.
Like always the soundtrack was awesome and the tracks really make the scenes stood out as the emotions came out. This set of episodes is a little slow as there was too much talking but it was in order to build up the climax that is to come. Anyways I know I promised its book review but am still working on the write-up and it would take more time for me to do as it is not the write up am working on.
