This review is not in order of release but by characters and its going to be a very long post so I maybe split it into a few post... Following characters will be my overall series view...
Most of all this is my personal view and from my understanding of the story...
02 characters: From the beginning up till the very end of digimon adventure tri nothing made sense to me for the 02 characters...
The 02 characters has been sidelined the whole time from part 1 up till part 6 where we learn
about their fate and what happened to them, why are they sidelined this whole time...
Taichi: Through out the first movie he was very much reluctant about fighting after what happened in the real world the damage cause by the digimons...
No matter how much Yamato tries to convicts him to fight against their enemies...
The relationship about him and Sora seem to resurface...
Both he and Yamato both has something going on on the same day...
At the same time the new character called Meiko appears...
Taichi and Meiko seems to have a thing ongoing but nothing has happen in the end...
So making it into a four-way relationship...
Making it even more complicated there is Yamato...
Its a good thing that Meiko when back to her hometown...
Throughout the second movie Taichi is still unable to fight and continue on to movie 3...
It was up till the reboot point where all the digimons 'dies' was he able to find the will to fight...
More about the their partners later...
On to movie 4 they remember the time that they spend in the digital world in the original series...
As he began wanting to fight 'Ygdrasil' and 'Homeostasis' both have their own motives...
He fought against the two at movie 5 but he fall into a hole along with his sensei called Nishijima...
He come back near to the end of movie 6 and appear for a short moment in the middle of movie 6...
They fought the Ordinemon and won the battle...
Yamato: Throughout all the movies he wants to fight and get this over with...
He and Sora relationship still hanging in the air without answering if they did get together, but we all knows that they did as stated in 02 ending...
Both he and Taichi has the same thing going on on the same day...
He tried his very best to get Taichi to fight the battles that he was supposed to fight due to vein till end of movie 3, where they dicides to go to the digital world to look for their partners...
After that, there was not much to talk about up till movie 6 where he was there the whole when Taichi is missing...
Sora: Throughout the movies she can't decide who she wants to be with...
She is still the same caring and loves everyone in her live...
She still can't seem to decide who she wants to be with and throughout all 6 movies trying to understand her own feelings for Taichi and Yamato...
Try her very best to make Biyomon remember her...
Overall not much from her too, other then the fact that she tries to hard to make everyone around her happy...
Koshiro: Tech guy like before...
Out of nowhere seem like he fallen for Mimi out of the blue with a single hint throughout original series and in 02...
Think of a plan to reboot twice, once for digital world, and the real world of the other...
Only somehow stop the reboot for the real world...
The only thing he did was that and no more...
It looks like he don't remember what happened before as he still drinks lots of Oolong tea...
