Asuna goes to Rinko for help and Rinko managers to get Asuna to where Kirito was. Suguha and the other was very worry too, but Asuna tells them that Kirito is safe. Rinko and Asuna learn that Kikuoka was working on some stuff and has Kirito dived into the underworld. He tells them that Kirito is save in there and that he did this was to save him.
Meanwhile back in the underwold, Kirito and Eugeo after finish the task of cutting the tree, the two when todo some other work soon afterwards the two enter the Norlangarth North Area Swordsmanship Compition, both of them when on to the Swordmanship academay shortly after that. Kirito became the valet of a senior elite-swordwoman while Eugeo was training under a different elite-swordman. Sometime later, there was two nobles named Raios and Humbert the two picked on Kirito and Eugeo and bullied the two of them.
Sometime pasts again, Kirito and Eugeo both have their own valets called Royne and Tiese.
